Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund of the item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

All Other Returns For all other return requests, we handle these on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to find a solution that works for you. We believe every situation is different and we're committed to working it out together.
